On small screens the Resources->Event view is broken

Current Situation

• On a small screen the Resources --> Events view is broken ( See attached screenshot JOC-573.png and video JOC-573-Video.mp4)
• The side panel is overlapping to the right side panel which makes it unclickable.

Desired Situation

• The Resources --> Events view should work as (responsive) other views
