Disable notifications from default user profile

Current Situation

• The default values for user profiles of users who log in for the first time includes to enable a number of notifications, i.e. the respective checkboxes in the user profile are in checked state.

Desired Behavior

• By default no notifications should be in checked state.

Delimitation

• The desired behavior does not apply if a default profile is used as specified by JOC-477. In this case notifications are enabled in the same way as specified by the default profile.
