Hide columns in list views

Current Situation

• JOC Cockpit includes a number of list views, e.g. Job Chains view, Orders view, Jobs view.
• The visible columns for such views have been selected according to a number of use cases of JobScheduler users.

Desired Behavior

• Not all columns in list views are required for all users,
  • e.g. users who do not operate Agents might not be interested in "Process Class" columns and "Agent Cluster" columns.
  • e.g. users who use the job name value for the job node state might not require the "State" column to be visible.
• In order to hide columns a policy can be enforced that is applied to all users of JOC Cockpit:
  • for each list view specify the visibility of columns. This includes to specify columns for sub-views, e.g. nodes within a job chain.
  • the specification is added to the ./resources/joc/joc.properties configuration file and makes use of a JSON format.
