Add node operations and job operations to Orders view

Current Situation

• Operations on job nodes such as "skip node", "stop node" and operations on jobs such as "stop job" including their reverse operations are available from the Job Chains view.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to have the same operations available for the Orders view.
• Such operations are offered for the current node/job only, i.e. the node/job that the order currently is assigned.
• One more column "Node Status" is introduced (positioned after the "State" column).
• The order action menu is extended for a group of job node operations.

Maintainer Notes

• This feature is not intended for immediate implementation as the functionality is available from the Job Chains view. However, if users feel the need to have the functionality available for the Orders view then please vote for this issue.
