Advanced search looks in a wrong interval when using 24:00

Current Situation

The advanced search for the daily plan provides to time field for the interval.

Example for time zone Europe/Berlin
When specifying day x at 24:00 as the to value the search result has the interval from - x-1 22:00.

Desired Behavior

When specifying day x at 24:00 as the to value the search result should have the interval from - x 22:00. This should be the behavior for all "to" datetime fields in every advanced search view.
