The "Add Order" function should generate an order with an id as specified

Current Situation

If you want to add an order to a job chain with the "Add Order" function in the job chain menu then you get a dialog to enter some order settings such as id and parameters and so on.
If you enter an id then the order is generated with a leading slash as id.

Desired Behaviour

The "Add Order" function should generate an order with an id as specified.
