Description

Desired Behavior

The JobScheduler Master menu on JOC's dashboard contains function to download JobScheduler debug log.
The download contains the debug log compressed with gzip.
This function is provided by the api calls
- ./jobscheduler/debuglog
- ./jobscheduler/debuglog/info
