Show single entry for order history and task history in Orders Overview view

Current Situation

• In the Orders Overview view when clicking the Order ID, all history entries are listed based on limits from user preference "Max. number of History entries per Order".
• This behavior is fine for a history view, however, it presents more information than required to a user who monitors individual order executions with this view.

Desired Behavior

• A new user preference "Max. number of Order overview History entries per Order" will be introduced.
• This user preference limits the number of the order history entries for orders of the Order overview.
• Show a single entry of the task history for orders that are in status 'suspended', 'setback', 'blacklisted' and 'running'.
• For any other order status the list of history entries is displayed.
• This feature requires JOC-430 as it is applied to both the order history and the task history.
