Wrong configuration of an order should be reflected in JOC

Current Situation

If an order is missconfigured e.g. the given schedule does not exist no error message is shown in JOC. Only the start order now item is missing in the order menu

Desired Behavior

If an order is missconfigured e.g. the given schedule does not exist the error message should be shown in JOC. The webservice returns all information e.g.

"configurationStatus":{"_text":"RESOURCE_IS_MISSING","message":"Schedule:/reset/notexist","severity":2}
