JOC with Jetty port doesn't find the custom.js via the URL ./scheduler_data/custom/custom.js

JOC uses URLs like
./scheduler_data/custom/ to find the custom.js
./scheduler_home/doc/ to find the documentation

JOCs sources are in $SCHEDULER_HOME/operations_gui.
The custom.js is stored in $SCHEDULER_DATA/config/operations_gui
To find the custom.js via the URL ./scheduler_data/custom/custom.js a subfolder $SCHEDULER_HOME/operations_gui/scheduler_data and a symlink $SCHEDULER_HOME/operations_gui/scheduler_data/custom exists where $SCHEDULER_HOME/operations_gui/scheduler_data/custom points to $SCHEDULER_DATA/config/operations_gui.

Until JobScheduler 1.7.4. the Jetty follows the symlink to find the custom.js
In 1.8-RC1 it doesn't work with the Jetty port.
It works only with the JobScheduler port.
