JOC Cockpit should update the list of JobScheduler Instances

Current Situation

In the upper right corner there is a select box to select the actual JobScheduler instance. When a new instance is installed and has been startet the list will not be updated. The list will only be updated when the user makes a new login.

Desired Behaviour

In the upper right corner there is a select box to select the actual JobScheduler instance. When a new instance is installed and has been startet the list should be updated automatically without logout.
