"Tasks Summary" on the dashboard should have the same result set as in the "Task History" view

Current Situation

• The result between Tasks summary on the dashboard and the "task History" view are different because
  • Task summary on the dashboard counts the successful and failed tasks based on the task's end time.
  • The task history view shows items filtered by a date range based on the task's start time.

Desired Behavior

Task summary on the dashboard should have the same result set as in the task history.
Both should use the task's start time.
