Audit Log Advanced Search From and To dates not passed correctly to the API

Current Situation

• User selects Audit Log --> Advanced Search From and To dates
• The From and To dates has the same day but To date, hours is 10:00:00
• When the user clicks on the Search button, message "NO AUDIT LOG ENTRIES FOUND" is displayed
• From developer tool its clear that UI is not passing correct parameters to the API

• UI should pass correct date and time to API.
