JOC Cockpit does not allow bulk operations in Jobs View

    Description

      Current Situation

      • The Jobs View does not allow to select all available jobs.
        • How to reproduce: consider the attached screenshot job.png with the Select Box left to the "Action" title being clicked. The expected behavior is that all jobs are selected. In fact no job is selected.
      • The Jobs View does not offer bulk operations.
        • If individual jobs are selected then the expected behavior is that bulk operations such as "Start Task now", "Stop" etc. are offered.
      • This problem occurs with release 1.12.0, it does not occur e.g. with release 1.11.6, see attached screenshot job.1.11.6.png

      Desired Behavior

      • It should be possible to select all jobs in the Jobs View
      • The Jobs View should offer bulk operations for selected jobs
