New Widget for overview of Master instances

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit allows to select from the list of Master instances.
• A widget is available that shows details (health status, platform etc.) for the selected Master instance.

Desired Behavior

• Offer a new widget for the Dashboard:
  • Have an overview of all Master instances and their status. The overview is implemented by a list of instances. The widget should be able to show 10 instances at a time, for more instances scrolling should be enabled.
  • The List of Master instances with the new widget displays per Master:
    • the health status including color support, e.g. if the respective Master is “running” or “unreachable”.
    • the details of a Master that are currently available when hovering over the graphical symbol for a Master.
    • the action menu per Master with the same operations that currently are available for an individual Master.
• It should be possible to select a Master instance from the list in the new widget. JOC Cockpit will then use this instance for further views.
