Add new widgets for jobs overview and jobs summary to JOC Cockpit Dashboard view

Feature

• Two widgets are added to the Dashboard view:
  • Jobs Overview
    • The Information items provided by JOC-338 are displayed in this sequence with the following titles: "Pending", "Running", "Stopped", "Waiting for Resource", "Tasks"
    • Clicking on the numbers leads to the Jobs view with the respective selection of jobs. The number for "Tasks" is not represented as a link.
    • The widget is automatically updated on status changes of tasks/jobs.
  • Jobs Summary
    • The information items "Successful" and "Failed" are displayed for tasks.
    • Clicking on the numbers leads to the task History view with the respective selection of tasks.
    • The widget is automatically updated in case of changes of the history.
