Job chain view should not be automatically expanded when orders start

Current Situation

• The following behavior applies if the setting "Show Orders immediately in views" is checked with the user profile.
• By default all job chains are displayed in expanded view (which is correct).
• If the user hits the "Collapse Details" button then all job chains are collapsed (which is correct, see job_chain_1.png).
• In a next step the user expands just the one job chain the he intends to start an order for (see job_chain_2.png).
• When the user starts the order then automatically all job chains in the current view are expanded (see job_chain_3.png ). This is not a desired behavior.

Desired Behavior

• With the above user profile settings being applied the GUI should not expand all job chains if the user previously collapsed job chain display and starts an order.
