Change in day-light saving time breaks the profile page

Current Situation

• After an automatic change of time to daylight saving, JOC cockpit's profile page is broken.
• User can not select any option, like time-zone or language.

How to reproduce

• Change your local computers time zone to UTC+12 Auckland, Wellington.
• Check the JOC profile page, all the labels will have placeholders.

Desired Behavior

• Profile page should work for all the timezones and should not break on automatic daylight saving changes.
