JOC Cockpit authentication supports LDAP with TLS security

Current Situation

• JOC Cockpit can be configued to authenticate/authorize users against an LDAP directory service.
• This applies to use of TCP/HTTP connections to LDAP servers.
• LDAPv3 requires TLS support, i.e. HTTPS connections, which is not available with JOC Cockpit.

Desired Behavior

• LDAP with TLS security should be supported.
• To enable STARTTLS add ldapRealm.useStartTls = true to the shiro.ini file.
