The Status of JobScheduler Masters should be shown in the Top Info Bar

Current Situation

• A user is not able to see the state (running, paused, etc.) of the JobScheduler Master they are operating in the JocCockpit without having to use the dashboard view. This information could be conveniently added to the Info Bar at the top of the Cockpit alongside the JobScheduler ID.

Desired Behaviour

• The state indication should be shown to the left of the JobScheduler ID in the Top Info Bar.
• The state indication should use the same colour-codes as are used for the Master JobSchedulerID from the JobScheduler selection drop-down menu.
