JOC Cockpit includes Event Management

Current Situation

• The custom events that can be created by scripts or monitors are not visible with JOC Cockpit.
• Such events have been visible with the JID GUI that is discontinued.

Desired Behaviour

• JOC Cockpit should show the list of custom events.
• User intervention for adding and removing events should possible.
