Feature
When skipping or stopping a job chain node it should be possible to enter a comment (e.g. reason for skipping/stopping).
This comment should be displayed together with the job chain node as long as the job chain node is skipped/stopped.

Maintainer Notes
This feature is available from the JOC Cockpit - Audit Log and is therefore not implemented with the JobScheduler Master.
