Terminate/Abort JobScheduler does not work when two records with same host port found Inventory

Current Situation

When in the table INVENTORY_INSTANCES are two records with

host: my_host
port: my_port

with different scheduler_ids an error occurs when trying to terminate a JobScheduler instance with the JOC Dashboard.

Desired Behaviour

It should be possible to have two entries in the table INVENTORY_INSTANCES with the same host and the same port but with different scheduler_ids.
