Revert Draft Operation deletes inventory item with database system MS SQL

Current Situation

When reverting a draft the inventory item will be reverted back to the latest deployed version.

This does not work with MS SQL Server only. Instead the item is removed from the inventory completely.

MySQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle DB are not affected.

Desired Behavior

The operation should work for al lsupported database systems.
