Add info indicator to status buttons that offer dynamic tooltips

Current Situation

• A number of status indicators provide dynamic tooltips providing ore details status information when hovering with the mouse on the indicator, for example
  • Resources->Agents view: status indicator for Agent connectivity
  • Orders Overview: state indicator for waiting, failed, blocked orders
• For many users it is not evident that hovering with the mouse on a status indicator provides details that can dynamically change.

Desired Behavior

• Any status indicators that offer a dynamic tooltip are added the to their caption. This works similar to the "not valid " status indicator in the Configuration view for workflows.
• Users should find a hint from the that more information is dynamically available when hovering on the status indicator.
