Job Chain Details View is Only Updated When an Order is Started

Current Situation

• This issue relates to the example configuration attached to JOC-222, in which two jobs are reused in two separate job chains. It does not apply for the situation where two separate job chains each use two separate jobs.
• This issue only occurs with the job_chain01. The view works correctly for job_chain11.
• This issue has been reproduced on more than one Windows installation.
• The Job Chain Details view updates when an Order is started using Start Order Now and shows that the first Job is active.
• The first Job remains being shown as active and the Order History Status entry remains at 'Incomplete'. even after the Order has finished processing as can be seen from the log file. It is only updated when the page is refreshed.
• There is no error in the stderrout file.
• The POST event files are forwarded regularly (e.g. eventType 'OrderNodeChanged' from NodeId '20') but do not appear to be being processed.

Desired Behaviour

The Job Chain Details view should be regularly updated from the POST event files.
