No limit on the number of concurrent OIDC sessions

Current Situation

There is a limit on the number of concurrent OIDC sessions, and you receive the following message:

No more lockers availabe. Maximum reached

Desired Behavior

No limit on the number of concurrent OIDC sessions.

Workaround

• Add three new accounts to the JOC-INITIAL identity service and then set them to "disabled".
• Three new account should be enough to avoid the "No more lockers available. Maximum reached" message otherwise add some more account.
