JOC Dark Theme - Tab Action Menu Text Not Visible in dropdown

Current Behavior

• When using themes other than "Light" or "White" (for example dark themes), the text color in tab dropdown is not rendered correctly.
• As a result, menu entries become invisible or difficult to read because the font color matches the background color.
• The menu entries become visible only when hovering the mouse over them.

Desired Behavior

• The text color in dropdown/action menus should automatically adapt to the selected theme.
• Menu items should remain clearly visible and readable in all supported themes, including dark themes.
