Cycle cannot be removed via context menu

Current Behavior: When a job is placed inside a Cycle and subsequently moved out, the Cycle cannot be removed using the context menu (clicking ... → Remove) also, the UI behaves unexpectedly.

Desired Behavior: The Remove option in the context menu (... → Remove) should successfully remove the Cycle regardless the previous configuration.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Workflow.
2. Place a Cycle in the Workflow.
3. Place a job inside the Cycle.
4. Validate the Workflow.
5. Move the job out of the Cycle.
6. Click ... → Remove on the Cycle.
