Bulk operation for adding orders in the Workflows view

Current Situation

• Users can add one or more orders to the same workflow.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to find a bulk operation to add orders to a number of workflows
  • from selecting workflows by existing checkboxes used for current bulk operations (suspend, resume)
  • from finding a bulk operation add order.
• The functionality is available for workflows that do not require user input for order variables.
• Each selected workflow is added one order. Users can apply the "Add Order" button to create more than one order per worfklow.
