Incorrect Deployment of Related Objects While Publishing Changes When “Include Dependencies” is Set to None

Current Situation:

• When publishing changes, if the “Include Dependencies” radio button is set to None, but the related objects are still deployed. Additionally, these related objects are not visible in the UI during the publishing process.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Import the provided configuration.
• Create a change using the Manage Changes option.
• Add workflow1 to the newly created change.
• From the root folder, select the Publish Change option and choose the created change from the dropdown list.
• Under Include Dependencies, select the None radio button.

Observed Result:

• "workflow2" is deployed along with "workflow1", even though Include Dependencies is set to None.

Desired Behavior:

• While publishing changes, all related objects should be displayed in the UI. If the “Include Dependencies” option is set to None, the related objects should not be deployed.
