Enhancement: Add User Information and Modification History to Workflow Last Modified Details

Current Situation:

In JS7, whenever a workflow is modified or a change is made, the Last Modified Date and Time is updated in the workflow. This value always reflects only the most recent modification. As a result, older modification timestamps are not retained. Additionally, user details and modification history are not available, meaning the user who performed the change is not captured and there is no visibility into the sequence of historical modifications.

Desired Behavior:

The workflow modification functionality in JS7 should be enhanced to maintain a complete history of changes rather than only reflecting the most recent modification. In addition to updating the Last Modified Date and Time, the system should capture the identity of the user who performed each change. Every modification should be recorded with its corresponding timestamp and user details.
