Context Help Text Not Readable in Dark Theme

Current Situation : 

• When using the Dark background theme in the JOC Cockpit, the content displayed in the Context Help panel becomes unreadable due to insufficient contrast between text and background.

• This makes the help content inaccessible and negatively affects user experience for customers using the Dark theme.

Desired Behaviour : 

• The Context Help text, headings, and links should be clearly readable when the Dark theme is selected.

• Text colours should be adjusted to meet visibility and contrast standards for dark mode.{}
