Previously Added Data Missing When Updating Customization in Workflow and Daily Plan Tab

Current Behavior:

In the Workflow tab: 
When a customization is created and submitted, all data including folders and order tags are displayed correctly.
However, when the same customization is edited for an update, the fields and data that were previously added are not displayed.
The folders and order tags added earlier are removed from the customization.

In the Daily Plan tab:
The same behavior is observed. When an existing customization is updated, the previously added workflow tags and order tags are not displayed.

Desired Behavior:

When updating an existing customization, all previously added data — including fields, folders, workflow tags, and order tags — should be retained and displayed correctly.
