Modify Start Time displays next day's date and incorrect Start, and End Time for Cyclic Orders

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Import the attached `example.zip` file.
2. Deploy and release the workflow and schedule.
3. Navigate to the Daily Plan tab or the workflows tab
4. From the action menu of the scheduled order, select Modify Start Time.
5. Observe that the selected date now displays as the next day, and both the Start Time and End Time are shown as `24:00:00`.

Expected Behavior:
The selected date, along with the configured Start Time and End Time, should remain unchanged when modifying the start time of a cyclic order.
