Export operation includes all folder objects instead of only selected folder objects

Current Situation:
When exporting objects from a folder (e.g., Workflows) using the folder action menu, the export includes all deployable and releasable objects from the folder instead of only the selected folder’s objects.

Desired Behavior:
When exporting objects from a folder (e.g., Workflows), the export should contain only the selected folder’s objects, not all objects from the folder.
