Order leaves cycle instruction after resuming from its "Implicit-End"-position

Current Situation

• If an order is suspended in the "Implicit-End"-position of a cycle instruction then the order leaves the cycle instruction after resuming even though the end time of the cycle instruction had not been reached.

Desired Behaviour

• An order should not leave the cycle instruction after resuming if the end time of the cycle instruction had not been reached.
