Add File Order Sources to Resources view

Feature

• Users would like to find the list of File Order Sources from the Resources view.
  • Indication of draft and deployed status.
  • Indication of health status: File Orders Sources for which access problems have been reported in the last 30 minutes, will be indicated.
  • Indication of Agent, directory, file name pattern and delay for picking up files.
• No operations are related to the view. Deployment operations are available from the Configuration view.
