Offer user notes for scheduling objects

Feature

• User Notes
  • Users would like to add notes to scheduling objects that include short messages to other users.
  • Notes are displayed from a rectangle that can be increased/decreased in height and width.
  • The default background color of User Notes is yellow, users can choose other colors too.
  • The existence of a User Note is indicated by a paper clip icon.
    • Hovering the mouse on the paper click icon displays the User Note similar to a tooltip.
    • Clicking the paper clip icon displays the User Note for editing.
• Occurrence
  • User Notes are indicated/displayed with occurrence of scheduling objects in any view. For example, with a Workflow, Job, Notice Board, Resource Lock.
• Editing
  • User Notes make use of the markdown format. This includes adding links.
• Removal
  • User Notes can be removed from a single click when editing the note.
