Offer English language context help to GUI

Current Situation

• The documentation for JOC Cockpit is available from the Product Knowledge Base
• While the docs are approx. accurate, they are excessive and users might have a hard time identifying relevant information as search capabilities in Confluence are limited.

Desired Behavior

• JOC Cockpit will introduce context help that is available from related pages and popup windows.
  • Context help is available in English language. It is an option to provide context help in other languages supported by the GUI (at the time of wrting: French, German, Japanese).
• Context help is concise and will not take longer than 30s for reading. Other than that, the Product Knowledge Base can be used.
• Context help is provided for most relevant views and pages such as Dashboard, Resources, Settings and Configuration->Inventory.
