xmleditor/deploy endpoint of YADE Job Resource should work with Security Level "low"

Current Situation

Currently the XMLEditor supports creating and deploying a Job Resource using xmleditor/deploy endpoint. The endpoint uses the current account only which results in an error when trying to deploy a Job Resource from a JOC Cockpit environment with Security Level "low".

Desired Behavior

When a Job Resource is deployed via the xmleditor/deploy endpoint, then the desired account should be used.
