Notifications for Fail Instruction

Current Situation

• The Fail Instruction puts an order to the failed state.
• No notification is created if no previous job errors occurred but the order is failed by the Fail Instruction only..

Desired Behavior

• The Fail Instruction should create a notification.

Maintainer Notes

• The issue is dismissed as the fucntionality is available:
  • In the Configuration->Notifications page users specify ObjectFragments
    • from the Workflows element: this offers notifications for any source of failed orders including failed jobs and the Fail Instruction.
    • from the WorkflowJobs element: this limits notifications being sent in case of failed jobs
