Add Permission Function should check for existing duplicate permissions

Current Situation

It is possible to add a Permission even when this Permission is already covered by another Permission.
Example:

• The Permission sos:products:joc_cockpit:job_chain:execute is in the list of selected Permissions.
• The Permission sos:products:commands:job_chain:execute:stop can be added to the list but is already covered by sos:products:joc_cockpit:job_chain:execute

Desired Behaviour

When using the Add Permission function in the Permissions tab list view a test for already covered Permission should be carried out.
This message should have the following response:

• "OK" - Permission is not saved, message closes
