Reports Generate Incorrect Data with Top ${hits} Agents with ${sort} Number of Parallel Job Executions

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Extract the data.zip file provided under JOC_HOME/jetty_base/reporting/.

1. Restart the JOC Cockpit service.

1. Import the attached report configuration.

1. Run the report from the Reports tab.

1. Only one card is generated for 02/2022, with only one parallel job execution on the agent. Refer to the report_cards image attached.

Expected Behavior:

• Based on the analysis of the attached task_history image, there are 6 parallel job executions, which should be reflected accurately in the report.

This suggests that the data being generated by the report for parallel job executions is incorrect
