Calendar with Excluded Frequency of Type "Every" does not display "Valid To" and "Valid From" date

Current Situation
Calendar with Excluded Frequency of Type "Every" does not display "Valid To" and "Valid From" date.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a calendar
• Add Included Frequency as "Everyday".
• Add Excluded Frequency as "Every" and fill the details below including "Valid From" date and "Valid To" date.
• Click Add Frequency.
• In the Excluded Frequency list no "Valid From" date and "Valid To" date are filled.
  Note: The functionality works it is just issue of display in GUI.
