Bulk "Modify Parameterization" Not Applying Changes to All Orders in Daily Plan View

Current Behavior:

In the daily plan view, when the user selects submitted orders in bulk and clicks the "Modify Parameterization" button to modify the parameter values, the changes are only applied to the first submitted order. No changes are made to the other selected orders.

Desired Behavior:

In the daily plan view, when the user selects submitted orders in bulk and clicks the "Modify Parameterization" button to modify the parameter values, the changes should be applied to all selected orders.
