Changes in shiro.ini are not correctly reflected since shutdown JOC server

      Current Situation

      When removing an entry from the [users] section or changing the password, it seems that the changes are active after logout. But after ~16 clicks on the login button, the old values are active again.

      Desired Behaviour

      Changes in the shiro.ini should be active after logout/login
