URL for Agent should not be clickable

Current Situation

A list of certificate aliases is displayed in the “Manage encryption keys” page.
If users select one of the aliases, then a link is displayed that can be used to assign certificates to Agents.
One more link shows current use of certificates by Agents.

Both links display a list with the "URL" column. This column contains the value for the Agent's URL. The URL can be clicked.
Clicking the URL opens a browser window with the message “The requested resource could not be found”.

This page is useless and therefore the link for the URL should not be clickable.

Desired Behaviour

The URL showing the list of Agents when assigning certificates to Agents should not be clickable.
