Remove operation should only use referencing objects for subsequent revoke/recall API calls

Current Behavior:
Currently, the remove operation allows both referencing objects and related objects to be used for subsequent revoke/recall API calls. In a folder, if an object is removed, then referenced objects including dependent objects are revoked too.

Desired Behavior:
When an object is removed, only the referencing objects should be revoked/recalled. The referenced objects and related objects should not be revoked/recalled.
