Upgrade PostgreSQL JDBC Driver from version 42.4.3 to 42.7.4

Current Situation

• JDBC Driver version 42.4.3 ships with JOC Cockpit.

Desired Behavior

• JDBC Driver version 42.7.4 should ship with JOC Cockpit.

Test Cases

• Install the Latest Build with Updated JDBC Driver on PostgreSQL.

• Update the Previous JS7 Version, which uses the old JDBC Driver (42.4.3), to the Latest Version 2.7.3, which uses the Updated JDBC Driver (42.7.4).

To Ensure Comprehensive Testing of the Updated JDBC Driver, Execute Test Cases on Multiple DBMS Versions.
